Family-run in Morro Bay for more than forty years.

In 1983, the Lin family purchased Sundown Inn on Main Street and built a business rooted in warmth, resilience, and genuine hospitality. What began as a small family-run motel has remained deeply personal through every decade of welcoming travelers to the Central Coast.

Today, guests still find the same inviting spirit: a peaceful stay close to the embarcadero, thoughtful service, and a local perspective that makes Morro Bay feel immediately familiar.
